Refund policy

If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@zoravilo.com and we will sort out a replacement or refund.

 

Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. The customer covers return shipping unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

 

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and check the returned item. This usually takes 5 to 10 business days after we receive it.

 

Some items, such as final sale products or personalized items, cannot be returned unless faulty. This will be noted on the product page.
