Shipping and Returns

Shipping times vary by product, since our catalog is sourced from a number of suppliers. Most orders arrive within 7 to 20 business days after processing. Estimated delivery windows are shown on each product page and again at checkout.

Once your order ships, you will get a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns

If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@zoravilo.com and we will sort out a replacement or refund.

Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. The customer covers return shipping unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
